Yes, I had some on yesterday's run! Well, inner elbow sweat. It was in the low 60s and sunny. I actually felt warmth from the sun and was able to wear shorts & a T-shirt. A big contrast from a run I did on Mon. where it was 30 degrees with crazy wind.
I did 3 runs so far this week & have 2 tough ones left...7 miles with 5 of them at 7:31 & an 11 mile one. It's raining today so I may have to do the 7 miler at the gym--BOO!
Better jet. I have class!
